As Toby likes to say, “Every dog has it’s day dog, but today dog just ain’t yours!” Nothing personal dog, but there’s an abundance of regulation in the state of Tennessee to see to your well being. “Not so” says the Department of Health and a red faced Shelby County Commissioner, Steve Mulroy, who is sponsoring a proposal that adds local law to the unincorporated areas of Shelby County.
